Fresh Banana Bread With Chocolate Chips and Walnuts Recipe

This is by far the BEST banana bread we have tasted that uses fresh bananas...

YOU WILL NEED:

1 Packet Banana Bread Mix (From Trader Joe's)
2 Fresh Bananas - Peeled & Chopped
1/2 Cup of Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup of Walnuts - Chopped
2 Large Eggs
3/4 Cup Water
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil (Or 1/3 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce instead of Oil)

METHOD:

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Add eggs to a large mixing bowl. Beat.
3. Add mix, oil, water, fresh bananas, walnuts and chocolate chips.
4. Blend well.
5. Pour batter into lightly greased loaf pan.
6. Lightly sprinkle a few chocolate chips and chopped walnuts on top of batter.
7. Bake until golden brown - approximately 45-55 minutes.
8. Serve hot or warm. Simply delicious!
