So quick and easy... my kids absolutely LOVE this snack...
YOU WILL NEED:
Low Fat Cheese - 1 Cup Grated
Low-Fat Milk - 4-5 Tbsp
Green Chillies Finely Chopped - To Taste
Fresh Roma Tomatoes - 1 Finely Chopped
Fresh Cilantro 1/2 Bunch - Finely Chopped
Red Onion - 1 Finely Hand Chopped
Whole Wheat Bread - Several Slices
Ketchup or Sweet Chilli Sauce - To Taste
Method:
1. Toast bread slices in toaster oven.
2. In a large bowl, combine all other ingredients listed above (except ketchup/sauce and bread). Mix well.
3. Spread this mix generously on TOASTED bread slices.
4. Put toast back in toaster oven until cheese melts (few minutes only).
5. Cut into triangles and serve with ketchup or sweet chilli sauce. Mmm so yummy! And easy!!!
