YOU WILL NEED:
1/2 Cup Yellow Corn
1/4 Cup Cherry Tomatoes - Halved
1/2 Red Onion - Diced
1 Avocado - Diced
1/4 Bunch Fresh Cilantro - Chopped
1/2 Cup Lettuce Leaves - Torn to small bite size pieces
1/2 Fresh Lime or Lemon Juice
Sea Salt - To Taste
Fresh Ground Black Pepper - To Taste
Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 1 Tbsp
Vinegar - 1 Tbsp
Cumin Powder - 1/4 Tsp (Optional)
RECIPE:
Toss all the ingredients together in a large bowl and serve chilled.

Love simple recipes like this one. A lot of salad dressings from the stores contain so much fat so using fresh lemon juice, salt and vinegar is a great idea! Thanks!
