This amazing red garlic chutney is perfect for serving with Indian snacks or spreading on Vada Pav sandwiches...
YOU WILL NEED:
1 Cup Dry Dessicated Coconut
10 Flakes Fresh Garlic - Peeled
1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
2 Tablespoons Red Chilli Powder
Salt - To Taste
METHOD:
1. Dry roast dessicated coconut until lightly brown. Remove from pan and set aside.
2. Add oil to pan. Crush garlic and add to pan. Roast garlic gently in pan. Let cool.
3. Grind together garlic, dry coconut, 2 tablespoons red chilli powder and salt to make a dry chutney.
